Motion support for a virtual and hybrid events platform, created around the idea that an event is not just another meeting.
The platform began as a virtual meeting solution during COVID. As events moved online, the team recognised that meetings and events have different needs, leading to an event-focused extension and later a more dynamic product revamp.
The launch video was produced under a tight timeline, so the focus was on clear sequencing: introduce the category, show the platform value and make the event experience feel more complete than a standard meeting tool.

The wider product case study identified the most important experience gaps across organisers, speakers and attendees. I am using that product context to frame the motion contribution more clearly.
The revamp followed a structured product-design process: research, problem definition, wireframing, UI design and evaluation. The motion layer helped convert that product direction into a launchable story.
These figures belong to the broader product revamp and are included as context for the platform story behind the motion work.
My contribution sits at the launch and communication layer: translating the platform’s event value into a video that could introduce the experience, support stakeholder understanding and make the product feel more tangible.
